What You Will Do
Key duties and success factors include ensuring a safe working environment, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Pratt's Quality procedure, maximizing machine utilization, and completing daily reports on production data, machine status, safety, and quality.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience operating a WARD Flexo with 4 Colors
- Ability to read and follow instructions related to safety, quality, and job procedures
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations such as percentages, volume, and measurements
- Mechanical understanding to identify equipment issues and improve machine performance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform various tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Lift Truck Operator License may be required
