Role OverviewOperate machinery as directed while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies to produce a superior product. The Machine Operator will read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements, set stops or guides to specific lengths, and observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction.
What You Will Do
Read job specifications, set stops or guides, observe machine operation, review product for inconsistencies, perform routine machine maintenance, and assist other operators to set up machines and complete tasks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of electronics and programmable controllers, knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, and tools, and strong mechanical ability. Leadership abilities are preferred.
