Job Description
KDC is looking for an Equipment Operator to work in a fast-paced environment with high-tech gear, fillers, and labelers. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye, steady hands, and a passion for keeping production lines running safely. The role involves operating and caring for equipment, executing clean-outs, changeovers, and rinses, and working with maintenance on preventative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Comfort around SOPs, Work Instructions, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Strong communication
  • Familiarity with SAP and HMI systems
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and work around active machinery
  • Willingness to wear PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toe shoes)
