Role OverviewMachine Operators are responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality composite products. This is a 2nd Shift position.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of manufacturing duties, including setting up and operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, completing machine adjustments, and supporting other production-related tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSE)
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to read a tape measure and accurately use basic measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation
- Basic mechanical aptitude
