Role OverviewThe Line Operator Associate is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging line equipment to ensure products are filled, sealed, labeled, and packaged according to company specifications, safety guidelines, and cGMP standards.
What You Will Do
Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging line equipment, inspect packaging components and finished products, record production data, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related production environment preferred
- Knowledge of cGMP, food safety, or pharmaceutical manufacturing practices preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills for line equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read and follow MMRs, SOPs, and written work instructions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment
