Role OverviewThe Machine Operator GL3 Team Member is responsible for making precise adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and modifying programs based on equipment, product, and customer needs. They must also understand and communicate information and perform all job functions safely.
What You Will Do
Prepare work area, load and unload product, monitor production lines, sort and weigh product, inspect and remove defective products, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Proficient in General Production 2
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- 2+ years' production industry experience preferred
- Ability to understand and comply with company, plant, and safety rules/policies
- Basic understanding of production and procedures
- Ability to use knives, saws, and a variety of machinery
- Ability to use both arms and hands to lift, load, cut, and package product
