Role OverviewIncumbents tend to automatic or semi-automatic machines in a continuous production/processing operation, following production/process specifications or instructions as documented and directed.
What You Will Do
Operate machinery according to specifications to maximize production yields and minimize down time, perform set up, machine operation, maintenance and change over procedures on assembly machines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to lift 50lbs, have a high sense of urgency and ability to take action when needed, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety, and housekeeping requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or graduate equivalent examination completed
- Previous mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and ability to use this equipment
- Experience with training others through on-the-job training
