Role OverviewMachine Operator will operate machines to create labels and flexible packaging, checking for print and seam quality, and removing defective material. The role requires basic printing and seam-related defect understanding, as well as ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. The team works in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality assurance and meeting customer specifications.
What You Will Do
Operate machines, check print and seam quality, remove defective material, handle rolls, and palletize them. Assist in make-ready operations, clean-up activities, and complete quality assurance sheets. May be required to work overtime and perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, ability to use simple Windows-based applications, and strong communication skills. Print shop experience is helpful but not required.
