Job Description
A Machine Operator is an individual who is responsible for learning to operate and maintain multiple machines in either the Single Serve or Multi Serve departments. They will work in a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation and be responsible for startup and shutdown of all relevant machinery, maintaining accurate written production records, and performing laboratory tests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to demonstrate abilities
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • Valid Pallet Jack Certification
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a wet environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screens (including drug, background)
