Job Description
This is a Machine Operator, Peeler role on the 2nd shift at the New London Plant in Wisconsin, responsible for operating the Peeler and support equipment, performing maintenance and housekeeping duties, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Set up, tear down, and operate the Peeler and other support equipment
  • Perform necessary weight and process checks
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
  • Must be HACCP certified
  • Take salimeter readings and adjust if necessary
  • Check and clean the KSI screens
  • Pick up floor meat and/or trash in the clean room and transport to the clean room vestibule
  • Will need to be tow motor certified to transport tanks and racks
  • Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions
