Job Description
Sustainable Talent is seeking a dependable Machine Repair Technician for a fully-staffed die casting facility. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing automated and mechanical equipment, ensuring uptime, reliability, and efficiency for high-volume automotive die casting operations. W-2 full-time position based in the Greater Louisville, KY area.

Requirements

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery.
  • Adjust and align mechanical components.
  • Lifting and rigging of components greater than 100 tons.
  • Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain and update maintenance records.
  • Work with other maintenance team members.
  • Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and decommissioning.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
