Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of machining experience, including CNC machining
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in an aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, or AS9100-certified environment
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, blueprint reading, GD&T, ERP systems, and production planning
- Proven ability to coach employees, solve problems, manage priorities, and improve operational performance
