Requirements

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish – Required
• Knowledge of Caterpillar (CAT) equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone, email, in-person)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Negotiation skills with a strong desire to win
• Ability to think quickly and perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
