What You Will Do
As a Machining Supervisor Trainee, you'll learn to schedule daily production workloads, coordinate production activities, communicate production updates, and develop leadership skills.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of machining operations and production processes
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and production software
- Experience with Editor software is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, or mentor others is a plus
- Working knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and LOTO practices
