What You Will Do
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to fabricate or repair precision components, working within tight tolerances. Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setups, procedures, and optimal machining sequences.

Requirements
- Experience with equipment such as CNC 3-axis, 5-axis, machining, grinding, milling, surface grinding, creep feed grinding
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and work instructions
- Intermediate mathematical skills for measurement, testing, and problem-solving
- Solid critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
- Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring work is consistently precise
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
