Job Description
The Rotating Equipment Craftsman (Machinist/Millwright) Intern, Billings Refinery works with the maintenance department of the refinery, observing the repair and troubleshooting of rotating equipment. Interns will participate in their craft team, participate in conversations, and ask questions to develop personal learning and gain workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Currently enrolled in a Machine Tool Technology or similar Associate’s Degree Program with at least 2 semesters complete
  • Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA each semester
  • Willing and able to perform/comply with the following: Climb ladders and stairs, Raise and transport articles weighing up to 50 pounds, Work outside in harsh weather conditions, etc.
