We are seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Director) to join our team at The Waterford on Cooper, a Sonida Senior Living community in Arlington, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences and ensuring a safe environment for our residents.

Requirements

  • Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification
  • College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
