Job Description
We are recruiting a Mail Clerk for a temporary position in Orlando, FL, with a salary of $14.00 an hour. The job requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. Previous mailroom, clerical, or administrative experience is preferred.
Requirements
Securely receive and deliver mail
Sort internal and USPS mail accurately and efficiently
Log incoming and outgoing mail on a tracking sheet
Scan accountable mail for receipt and delivery
Process mail, including adding postage as needed
Perform mail runs using a walking route to pick up and deliver mail
Prepare end-of-day mailing paperwork
Professionally receive phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Use Microsoft Office products and related systems to support daily mail operations
Clean and wipe down equipment and work area daily
