Job Description
We are recruiting a Mail Clerk for a temporary position in Orlando, FL, with a salary of $14.00 an hour. The job requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. Previous mailroom, clerical, or administrative experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Securely receive and deliver mail
  • Sort internal and USPS mail accurately and efficiently
  • Log incoming and outgoing mail on a tracking sheet
  • Scan accountable mail for receipt and delivery
  • Process mail, including adding postage as needed
  • Perform mail runs using a walking route to pick up and deliver mail
  • Prepare end-of-day mailing paperwork
  • Professionally receive phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Use Microsoft Office products and related systems to support daily mail operations
  • Clean and wipe down equipment and work area daily
