Main Banker

The Main Banker will provide cashier services, maintain custody of funds, and perform various duties related to casino operations. The role requires excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work effectively with team members. The Main Banker will also be responsible for inventory management, cash handling, and following company and department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming license
• 1-2 years prior cash handling or cashier experience preferred
• 1-2 years prior guest service experience preferred
• Possess great customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift
• Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands
• Ability to push and pull up to 25lbs pounds and occasionally up to 45lbs
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays when needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of casino operations, and gaming rules and regulations
• Demonstrate experience receiving, securing, handling, counting, reconciling, and distributing large sums of money accurately
• Demonstrate ability to operate required equipment
• Basic computer knowledge
