Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mainframe Lead to act as the primary onsite contact for client engagements, driving end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and offshore team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Mainframe expertise coupled with proven experience in delivery leadership, project governance, and cross-functional team management.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of Mainframe projects, enhancements, and support engagements. Drive project planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, and closure activities. Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
