Job Description
DXC Technology is seeking a Mainframe Programmer Analyst to oversee system performance, collaborate with teams, and implement security protocols. The role involves system monitoring and maintenance, incident and problem management, collaboration, security and compliance, performance tuning, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
  • Strong programming and debugging skills
  • Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
