Role OverviewThe Maintenance / Janitor will participate in ongoing maintenance education and training, perform daily inspections, and complete various cleaning and maintenance tasks. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to Federal Fair Housing Laws. The team member will report directly to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
What You Will Do
Daily tasks include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, collecting and disposing of trash, performing minor repairs and grounds work, and cleaning apartments to make them ready for occupancy.
