What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as caulking, drywall repair, touch-up painting, and pool maintenance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be available on notice for snow and/or ice and other site emergencies, and have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
- One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
