Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Manager with a 'Whatever It Takes' approach to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this community meet both company standards and applicable laws. You will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, mentor and guide them, and provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in various areas.

What You Will Do

Interview, hire and train new team members, develop and lead a team, mentor and guide maintenance technicians, provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting, establish and prepare a 24 hour on-call schedule, and manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials.

This role requires a 'Whatever It Takes' approach, active and valid driver's license, and personal vehicle. Preferred qualifications include HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification, one-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
