Role Overview

Lead the maintenance team and ensure the physical aspects of the community meet company standards and applicable laws. Develop and lead a team of maintenance technicians, mentor and guide them to increase their knowledge and skill set. Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in various areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

What You Will Do

Interview, hire and train new team members, develop and lead a team of maintenance technicians, provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting, manage and organize inventory of maintenance materials, establish a preventive maintenance schedule, and regularly inspect community buildings.

Active and valid driver's license, live within a 30-minute commute of the properties, HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred, one-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
