Requirements

  • Troubleshoot service issues
  • Maintain interior and exterior areas
  • Communicate with residents and office staff
  • Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
  • HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
