Role OverviewWe are seeking a Service Technician to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this apartment community meet both company standards and applicable laws.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot service issues, maintain interior and exterior areas, respond to maintenance service tickets, and communicate with residents and office staff.

This role requires a 'Whatever It Takes' approach, active driver's license, and personal vehicle. HVAC / EPA / CFC certification is preferred.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle

- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
