Job Description
We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties.

Requirements

  • Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
  • Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $17.00-$21.00/Hr.
