Job Description
The Maintenance 1st Class position is responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas. A Maintenance 1st Class will also perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems.

Requirements

  • General maintenance and repairs
  • Preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems
  • Reading blue prints and schematics
  • Basic trouble-shooting skills
  • Previous hotel, hospital or condominium experience
