Job Description
The General Maintenance 1st Class position will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years building maintenance experience
  • Refrigeration and hotel experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
