Maintenance Technician II performs semi-skilled work in daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in building maintenance or construction
  • Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation
