Job Description
The Maintenance Administrator I will be responsible for administrative duties within the Maintenance shop, including receiving maintenance inquiries, creating correspondence, managing aging reports, invoicing, and maintaining repair station files. This position requires physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

  • Receive incoming maintenance inquiries
  • Create correspondence letters, reports and forms
  • Manage and send customer notifications
  • Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Maintain repair station files
  • Check current status of accounts for payment terms
  • Read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
