Role OverviewThe Maintenance Administrator supports maintenance operations through effective inventory management, procurement of parts and supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance recordkeeping. This position ensures that maintenance personnel have the necessary parts and materials available to minimize downtime and maintain efficient plant operations.
What You Will Do
Purchase maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment as needed, create and process purchase orders, establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers, manage inventory levels, receive and store maintenance inventory, conduct regular inventory counts, and maintain maintenance records.
