Job Description
The Maintenance and Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on the exterior of the property and its grounds, and supporting the company's GREAT values.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years general experience in replacement maintenance or handy-work
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner
