As a Maintenance and Housekeeping Manager, you will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage facilities, and ensure compliance with local and state building codes.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising maintenance staff, evaluating staff, managing facilities, and ensuring compliance with local and state building codes. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, negotiating sub-contractor contracts, and ensuring preventative maintenance procedures are carried out on a scheduled basis.

Requirements

  • State Builder’s License and HVAC certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required (no restrictions)

  • Considerable knowledge of practices, methods, and techniques pertaining to building and facilities maintenance and repair
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to train staff on company policies as well as on their job responsibilities
