Role OverviewThe Maintenance and Reliability Technician will perform priority repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner, complete scheduled projects to timeline and quality standards, and effectively work with production and other repair staff to maximize quality of work and productivity of department.
What You Will Do
Perform priority repairs, execute technical repair, perform scheduled repairs, provide service and labor for farm group, perform general carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair, and lead other projects.

Requirements
- Visual ability to perform activities such as operating machines, performing mechanical or skilled tasks of a non-repetitive nature
- Ability to operate a company vehicle or regular mileage reimbursement
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) review to determine insurability
