Job Description
Monitor and control all aspects of equipment repair within Chicago area, assist locations in reducing M&R costs, and ensure service levels are not compromised.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to learn chassis/trailer repair.
  • Ability to effectively communicate company policy and procedures.
  • Ability to identify problems and seek solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet daily requirements.
  • Ability to interface credibly with vendors and terminal personnel.
  • Ability to work with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to travel 60% - 80% of weekly travel.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
