Requirements

Perform all maintenance tasks as needed
Monitor operation and condition of equipment and systems
Assist in monitoring operation of general systems
Assist housekeeping staff with heavy floor care and other heavy cleaning
Maintain outside walkways in safe condition
Maintain lawn and landscaping
Assure facility or equipment modifications, preventive maintenance or repairs are done in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, regulations, and laws
Follow material safety data sheets (MSDS)
Follow waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy
Assist in inspections, fire and disaster drills, and training
