Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Assistant, you'll do a variety of tasks, like fixing small problems and doing important proactive work. Your hard work will help keep our buildings and equipment working well and looking good.
What You Will Do
Fix both small and big problems to keep our community running smoothly. Do regular maintenance to make sure everything looks nice and is comfortable for residents and staff. Work closely with the Maintenance Director to update them on systems, issues and remedies. Quickly and effectively respond to maintenance requests to keep residents safe and happy.
