Role OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help care for our residents' needs, assist with general maintenance duties, and perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.

Assist with general maintenance duties, respond to work orders, perform routine inspections, and maintain clean and organized maintenance tools and work areas.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in building maintenance or related field
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
