Role OverviewAssist with general maintenance responsibilities throughout the facility, including reading blueprints and manuals, maintaining/repairing motor controls, and operating hand and power tools safely.
What You Will Do
Maintain/repair electrical fixtures, motors, stoves, dryers, washers, medical equipment, check and replace faulty circuits or breakers, and low voltage electrical equipment, repair plaster and drywall, maintain plumbing system and fixtures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have general experience in equipment maintenance, demonstrated skills in using proper basic hand tools and materials, and be able to assess physical plant problems and respond to physical plant problems.
