Role OverviewThe Maintenance Assistant supports the Maintenance Director in maintaining a safe, clean, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position assists with routine building maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, and general facility needs while following all applicable safety, infection-control, and skilled nursing facility requirements.
What You Will Do
Assist with routine maintenance and repair of the facility, perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repair tasks, respond to maintenance requests, and assist with preventative maintenance programs.
