Role OverviewThe Maintenance Assistant performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and maintains maintenance records. They are responsible for maintaining the building in good repair and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The role requires demonstrated HVAC repair experience and intermediate skillset in electric and plumbing repair.
What You Will Do
Performs preventative maintenance, performs building and equipment repairs, inspects building systems, coordinates maintenance services, performs basic carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting, and maintains the building in good repair.

Requirements
- Demonstrated HVAC repair experience
- Intermediate skillset in electric and plumbing repair
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and blueprint interpretation
- Completion of High School/GED education or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy
