Role OverviewThe Maintenance Assistant will work directly with the Maintenance Director to perform minor repairs, arrange for outside services, and supervise floor care. The role requires responsiveness to after-hour and weekend calls, and the ability to communicate policies, assist, and coach as needed.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Assistant will perform day-to-day repair, improvement, and preventative maintenance of the building, equipment, lawn, and grounds. They will also make job assignments, set priorities, and maintain records.
