We are hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Pleasant Hill, CA. This role supports the Maintenance Manager with repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds.
What You Will Do
Assist the Maintenance Manager with repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds. Support apartment turnover by painting, cleaning carpets, and completing minor repairs to ensure units are move-in ready. Respond to maintenance requests and resident concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on satisfaction and safety. Perform routine tasks including trash management, safety checks, common area cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

This role requires at least six months of relevant education and/or hands-on experience, and a background in facility maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is strongly desired. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- At least six months of relevant education and/or hands-on experience required.
- Prior experience with power tools or industrial cleaning equipment is preferred.
- Background in facility maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is strongly desired.
