Assist with repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance, support apartment turnover, respond to maintenance requests, perform routine tasks, and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- At least six months of relevant education and/or hands-on experience required
- Prior experience with power tools or industrial cleaning equipment is preferred
- Background in facility maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is strongly desired
