Job Description
Maintain facilities, equipment, and environment; ensure office equipment is in good condition; maintain inventory and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a team and desire to help others
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to interpret maintenance instructions and manuals
