Role OverviewMaintenance Associate is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness of facilities and buildings. This role is fundamental in maintaining a safe environment for residents.
What You Will Do
Perform maintenance work of all skill levels, including lighting checks, door and lock maintenance, caulking, painting, minor carpentry, electrical, appliance, and furniture repairs, plumbing maintenance, and cleaning of common areas.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous experience in a related maintenance field is desired, along with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, residents, and peers, and have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
