Role OverviewThe Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the store environment, including the inside and outside of the building. This role contributes to creating a positive shopping experience for customers and a well-maintained workplace for staff.
What You Will Do
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities, such as sweeping, mopping, and running a floor scrubber. Conduct basic repairs and maintenance activities, and monitor and report safety hazards and maintenance needs.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate cash handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Flexibility with hours: ability to work a 40-hour workweek with varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates
