Role OverviewThe Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the store environment. This includes performing routine cleaning and maintenance activities, monitoring and reporting safety hazards, and assisting in store activities such as unloading trucks and stocking.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Maintenance Associate include sweeping, mopping, and running a floor scrubber, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and breakrooms, and conducting basic repairs and maintenance activities.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work a 40-hour workweek with varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently
